It’s constant, it’s unavoidable, it affects us all, and how we respond to it can make or break our overall health and wellbeing. It’s kind of a big deal. In Breathing through Burnout we will talk about the Stress Response, the Stress Cycle and why Breathing and Yoga are great tools for “ending” the cycles of stress we experience each day. Together we will practice breathing mindfully, and move through a gentle breath-focused yoga practice. With self compassion, we will learn the tools to liberate ourselves from being stuck in our stress so that we may be free to live a life we love.
